VentiRx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company committed to the development and commercialization of novel medicines for the treatment of cancer, respiratory, and autoimmune diseases. Our focus is on the development of novel small molecule product candidates targeting Toll-like receptor 8 (TLR8).
VentiRx was founded in June 2006. In 2007, the Company licensed the entire platform of small molecule Toll-like receptor 8 (TLR8) agonists and antagonists from Array BioPharma, Inc. Today, VentiRx has a broad clinical pipeline. Its clinical oncology asset (VTX-2337) is currently being evaluated in three independent combination trials, with a fourth to begin in early 2012. The allergy program (VTX-1463) has successfully demonstrated clinical proof-of-concept in two independent placebo controlled trials in seasonal allergic patients.
VentiRx is headquartered in Seattle, Washington with in-house expertise in clinical, regulatory, preclinical, finance and business development.
