VentiRx Pharmaceuticals is focused on the development of novel Toll-like receptor 8 (TLR8) agonists and antagonists for the treatment of cancer, respiratory and autoimmune diseases. We currently have two programs in clinical stage development: VTX-1463 for allergic rhinitis and VTX-2337 for cancer. In addition, VentiRx is conducting research in the areas of inflammation and vaccine adjuvants.
