VentiRx Pharmaceuticals is focused on the development of novel Toll-like receptor 8 (TLR8) agonists and antagonists for the treatment of cancer, respiratory and autoimmune diseases.

VentiRx’s lead oncology program, VTX-2337, is a small molecule TLR8 agonist currently in multiple clinical trials in combination with chemotherapeutics, monoclonal antibodies or radiation therapy.

VentiRx has completed Phase 1a and Phase 1b clinical trials of VTX-1463 for allergic rhinitis. In addition, VentiRx is conducting research in the areas of inflammation and vaccine adjuvants.
